Our fields are harvested daily. Thanks to our varieties and big areas we can pack and deliver fresh product every day.
We harvest our asparagus by hand. Every spear is cut deep below the earth with a cutting knife and subsequently unearthed with great care.
Within 45 minutes of the harvest every asparagus spear is shocked in 0-2°C cold ice water in order to preserve its taste and high quality.
We harvest European asparagus from the end of February until the end of May.
